Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Seaspire purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns & Replacements

You have 7 calendar days to return or request a replacement for an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• In case of damaged delivery or leaking bottles, please take a photo and send it to our WhatsApp or email immediately upon opening. We will send a free replacement with no return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method, bank transfer, or Easypaisa/JazzCash account within 5-7 business days.
